I wasn't asking if it is ok or not and I don't want a lecture from anyone, I was curious who does and how much.

BTW, I put the question in the toddler and preschooler section not the infant section, like I would scream at an infant, duh! What is there to even scream about at 6 months or 11 months!?

Ever is too much but we all loose it some times the fact is if you r are to the point your mad you let it go on too long. No is no if you let it go on after that they have learned your a push over please be in control and don't get mad no is no they do it again they are punished d they catch on quick really mine know that what i say goes and we get along fine you can retrain your children it is your job to make them respectful an children crave discipline if you don't do it then they will never learn or listen to you. you don't have to get violent or angry i said no now your in time out an really a SWAT is good when they need children know the difference between hitting an spanking if you don't then you need to learn the difference if your child is talking back soap is handy listen to Dr Phil really he is right. Parenting is a job you are carving your child they are a reflection of the parents really really what you make them is what you get,

My son is 6 months old and I've never screamed at him. I don't scream at people. The only time I scream is occasionally into a pillow, or if I'm screaming for the dog to get back in the yard because he's once again pushed the back gate open and ran to play in the fields.

I only talk in calm normal voices to humans. It's the least that I could do, to respect them enough to speak in a normal voice.

My daughter is only 14 months old, so I've never screamed at her. A few times when she's acting crazy I've raised my voice a little too much, but I try not to control that because all's it does is scare her.

Oh God...more times than I care to count. If I had a nickel for every time I screamed, "Stop jumping on the couch!" or "Don't hit your brother!" I'd be a millionaire. It really gets tiring after a while.

If you are talking about losing your cool and actually screaming, I would say that's probably a once in a great while occurance. If you are talking about raising your tone and making them listen, well that's every day.

My son is 13 months... and I have yet to scream at him. I'm 5 months prego with a girl... and wonder what she'll be like. I guess it's still too early for me... but I keep telling myself to keep my cool and lower my tone.
I'm sure I'll be losing it at some point, but so far it's under control.

I would say rarely. I raise my voice if needed but I think I've only "screamed" once or twice.

I am preg with a boy. so i do not have any patience. I tell them sorry and they say "we know mommy our brother makes you yell alot. Its actually kinda funny.
