Crashing

Look at the statistics of driving! Over 40,000 people killed and who knows how many injured ( don't think there have been less than that annually for about 20 years). And the compare the miles traveled! Airplanes are much safer. The most dangerous part is getting to the airport!!
The big difference is that you hear about an airplane crash on the other side of the world.--- Most likely it will be an anamale, - if you hear of a car crash three states away!

Crash! I fly to Italy once year and my biggest fear it's to crash in the ocean,I really love to keep my feet on the ground.Another fear,the bathroom,they are too small and I can not go.So usually I will stay about 7-9 hours without go :(

I am not afraid to fly, even given my knowledge of aviation.
However, my bigest fear and only fear when I fly....
Human Error.

I'm not afraid of flying but I think that those who are, are afraid because they think of it as being stuck in this giant machine soaring 30 000 feet in the air.

You are more likely to die from a lightning bolt than in a plane accident. My worst fear is that I will have to tolerate inconsiderate passengers.
