Send them back to the company, they probably will give you extra. I once had a friend that wrote to the Jack Daniels company telling them how much she enjoyed their whiskey and they sent her a couple of free bottles. (And she wasn't even complaining)

I would call the company first and see what I should do. Make sure the box does say quantity of 5 and not 3. You should then send it back to the company and they should replace it or send you a nice coupon back, they usually send you a really good coupon. Good Luck

Always contact the Manufacturer. Today I did this regarding a faulty Kingsmill Loaf cost 95p and we received a £3.00 voucher. The shop will give a replacement only. For the big bucks go direct.

you could either bring it to the store u bought it from if you still have the receipt thy should give you a refund, failing that send it back to company with a long letter of complain maybe a bit threatning with reporting them to customer organisation or legal action-well i know its only w few bars missing but it was wrong packaging, neglect of the company or false advertising-well the more you whinge the more freebie you will get

Take them back to the shop, you are more likely to get them replaced. If you send them off to the company the most you will get back is probably coupons.

Take the package back to the store, providing that you have the receipt, and get another package. That is the easiest and quickest solution. If you send it back to the company, they may accuse you of tampering with the package and do nothing. Why take the chance?

definitely send them & a letter to the company. This happened to me with a 12 pac of Coke & one of the cans were flat .... I sent a letter and Coke sent my several free vouchers for free 12 packs. They want to keep the customers happy - especially with all the competition out there

What are Galaxy bars? They sound good. I would try calling the company first. If you don't get satisfaction there, take the package back.

Write to the company directly and complain. I used to work in the complaints dept of Cadbury's in Brum and anyone who complained received a voucher to recompense them! Try it
