I really dont like how risperdal reduces my testerone level

They usually proscribe Cogentin (spelling), which in my opinion, has pretty bad side effects itself. I saw a documentary on tv, in which, cranberry juice is an antidote for this type of medication. I understand the side effects for Abilify vs. Resperdal are less harmful. I suggest the person switch from the Resperdal to Abilify.

Risperdal is a strong medication I found that by taking a lesser dose my side effects were not as bad.
If that is not possible for you , you can try taking it at a different time of the day sometimes if you take it at night some of it wears off by the morning.

I was on Congentin for that while taking risperdal. Although this is not related to your question, I would like to say that Risperdal is a really powerful drug. You could consider talking to your doctor about your true needs to be on this.
