So there's this girl I'm talking to, and she's good friends with a girl I used to make fun of back when I was younger, the girl was fat and one day I saw her wearing a red sweater and yelled hey cool-aid. and she still hates me for this years later, even though I've told her I was sorry and that I've grown up. So I've tried apologizing but it's no good, and she's hell bent on convincing her friend that I'm an *** and not good for her. How should I handle the situation.

Tell her that you were younger then and you have grown up. If you apologized for it and sincerely meant it then she needs to get over it and move on. Forgive and forget. Especially if it was years ago. If the girl you like is going to reconsider dating you b/c of this, then you need to reconsider her. Hope I could help.

I realize you can't go back and redo the situation, but it's a good less for the future. Making fun of people is a horrible thing to do no matter the age. Hopefully you'll learn from this and teach other the same thing. As for the girl really show her and her friend that you have learned from that and you are sincere now you can only hope for the best. It's in the hands now of someone you hurt really bad. Good Luck.

Ask the girl you like out in front of her friend (kool-aide chick), at the same time stating that you want both to come along. Be very gentle and sweet. Becareful though, they might accept to make you spend a lot, but hey it's worth a shot.

You've already apologized for what you did. Most bullies don't do that. If she is hell bent on this, it is up to this girl to do what she wants. She is aware you apologized right? There really isn't much else you can do.

Sorry that was just wrong.
I still hate people for things they did years ago. I'm sure they have grown up by now. At least I hope they have. But some things you never forget.

I feel sorry for the girl that you made fun of years ago. If someone was mean to me, I certainly wouldn't suggest that one of my friends go out with him!

If you've apologized and she hasn't accepted it, then just move on. There's probably nothing else you can do.

Kudos for growing up though.

Keep telling her you've changed. You know it was stupid and immature, but it was years ago and you've grown up. If they still want to hold it agianst you, they're are being immature and ridiculous. Plus, that was funny. Hahahaha.
