I have tried just about everything there is with the exception of prescription drugs. I had the most success with ephedra based products (mainly metabolife). What I found was as soon as I discontinued use the weight came back. Since the ephedra ban I have tried everything from trim-spa to hoodia with little to no success. These OTC products make me jittery & uncomfortable in social settings. Hoodia, hailed as the great apetite suppressor is a rip off in my opinion. There is no substitute for excersise & good nutrition. Especially cardio. 30 minites of intense cardio every day will shred the fat. I lost 35 lbs of bodyfat in less than three months on a very intense weight training and cardio program. (The key is consitancy)

Good luck!
Vince

Multi-vitamins! this gives you all the vitamins you need and helps you eat less in the afternoon and evening. Breakfast is suppose to be your biggest meal anyway! This way you have all day to burn off those calories!!!
