If you're talking about precautions to prevent pregnancy, then use any type of birth control and you and your doctor determine are safe. If you're going to take the pill, you need to start several weeks before unprotected sex.

Like birth control? Are we talking virgins before getting married? If so, do not use condoms... it will be disappointing enough if both people are virgins, talk to a doctor about the correct birth control and make sure you have lubrication!! lol

Make sure you have ALL the proper clothes for the next day. I didn't have a proper slip for the dress I was going to wear, and couldn't wear the one I wore with my wedding dress. So I had to go to church the next morning making sure no one could see through my dress!

If he has been true to you for the last year you wont need condoms. But for birth control you might want the pills.

i assume that you mean the firts time you sleep over with your partner, then i would be waking up and going straight to wash my teeth and my face, and for sure smile and enjoy im starting a life with someone i love, and letting her know im happy with it.
