Has your niece been around puppies or kittens? She needs to be checked for Toxocariasis. This is when roundworms (the ones that usually live in dogs and cats) are trying to live inside a human body. Read up...

Hair falling out... hmmm.... Could it be lead poisoning or some other heavy metal poisoning?

Has the doctor checked for this?

Tell her Dr about the worm, try to desribe as best you can. Sounds like something has lain eggs somewhere and the toxins from the parasite are making her ill. Im not being funny but this sounds totally like a Dr House case

i hope this clears up soon, and she gets back to what wee girls should be doing, running about having fun

Take this child(if she is a child ;) to the hospital. This sounds rather serious and she should be under medical supervision. Especially if she has some kind of insect in her wounds.

The sores with the wounds sounds almost like bot flies. Have you done any travelling outside of North America, like to S. america?

Sheesh! Find another doctor! I, for one, find it very difficult to believe that any qualified physician hasn't seen enough to make a guess at least!

Has she been tested for diabetes? And forgive me if this seems out of line, but what are conditions like in her home? I'm not sure where the worms are coming from.

I hope your niece feels better soon! That is way too long to be sick!

She needs to see a doctor. The doctors could not find anything but now, with finding the worm, that is a clue to finding the cause or whatever is wrong with her. She is probably so full of infection--see a doctor. If one doesn't listen--try another. (If she goes to an emergency room, she may be able to get finiancial assistance for the costs)

Have they checked her toxin level. Poison can make your potassium levels go low and blood sugar go low. Poison eat at those thangs first. As for as the sores popping up and worms living in the sores can also because by toxin from animals or bugs. hope I can help you.

you're in a really difficult spot. i'd not basically bypass tackling people out in public. it would want to go away you contained in the slammer! As for you neice. How about you sit down her down, be very calm and basically verify at the same time with her like a pal. Voice your challenge. Be honest at the same time with her. basically be a sturdy human being about it and probably she will be in a position to placed some faith in what you may want to assert. 23 is undesirable, yet truly its basically reason the 8 years massive difference is at 2 diverse existence degrees. 20 & 28 might want to be more desirable uncomplicated to understand and may want to be more desirable socially proper. regrettably, we are socially unaccepting of relationships with huge age gaps.

It sounds as if there is an insect problem in her home. Insects will lay eggs in the skin and after a while becomes larva. She should be in the hospital under observation. She obviously has a very serious problem.
