Hey there- every girl goes through it! It seems like your symptoms indicate your period so I suggest a medium flow tampon becasue the first time can be a somewhat heavy flow...if you're not into tampons try a thin maxi but I warn you that those feel even more uncomfortable than having nothing at all! At least in my opinion...so if you need some help talking to your teacher I suggest asking your school nurse to do the job for you. Those are usually women. Hope that helps! Its not that bad and you'll get used to it. Happy bleeding!

The temperature seems a bit odd for having a period. Putting that aside. Do what you would normally do if you are not feeling well . If you were sick with the flu .. what would you do then ? It is none of his business whether you are having your period or not .. so why even tell the guy ? Just bring a note from your parents that you are too ill to do PE today. If they have a problem with the note .. have them call one of your parents on the phone. It's none of his business, or any other teachers business for that matter. You just don't feel well. That is all you need to say or have written on a note. And it is not lying . since you really don't feel well . Right ? ... If that temperature persists .. or if you are not sure if it is your period or not .. I would see a doctor about it . just to be on the safe side . Good luck ! :)

first off you should call an obgyn b/c I never had a temp of a 100 when I first started just Lot of lower back pain and cramping and the light brown discharge. If you do call a obgyn then he can give you a doctors note for your gym teacher or if you don't your mom can write you out one so you don't fail. Remember they can't make you play in gym when your not feeling good or fail don't worry hun everything will be fine good luck .

Not sure what your age is but it definitely sounds like your first menstrual period. Try taking ibuprofen at least an hour before gym class, this will help with the pain. If you still don't want to play gym, have your mom call the school and speak with the gym teacher directly. But you should be able to take pain meds and feel better so you can play gym. Exercising, believe it or not, will actually make you feel better. Good luck!

I think you should make an effort that not to play on the first day the period 's are just for 5 days so don't play on the first day on the second or third day you can do. tell your mother to write an application that you are not at all well and will come tomorrow. Best of luck. :-)

Tell your mom or a trusted female teacher. I'm a little concerned about the temperature.

Put a little on a towel and ask your 'mean' teacher what is it and should you participate.
I bet that he won't be mean.
