Be honest and sincere. Incase u dont tell him his hopes to win ur love will increase and u'll end up hurting someone or even worse break a heart.

Be honest, communication is the key to everthing. Plus I doubt he loves you. He probably doesn't even know what love is. Now-a-days people throw "I love you" around too much.
