Hey annie,

Here are some sites - this is not a recommendation - I am sure these sites will want you to pay!

If you can find someone with experience in MS Word, who is also a good editor, you can upload the document to

http://www.lulu.com

They will print it off for you. Kinko's will too, if that plastic "comb" binding is acceptable to you and yours.

This is the Lulu price list; it takes a while to find it.

Organizing and editing sounds like your sticking point. You might find a college student - an English or Journalism major - willing to work by the hour to edit the manuscript.

A good free online site is Family Tree Guide at:

http://www.familytreeguide.com/home_index.php

In addition to family listings the site accepts photographs and documents.

I'd be looking for a genealogy software program that will print out books. Brother's Keeper will when registered but not fancy; I'm not sure about the others. Check out Cyndi's site under software:

You can buy book binding kits at Staples (hole punch with plastic spines).
