it's hair, it grows everywhere. some people just have darker hair and it shows.

All women have facial hair on their upper lips, it's what makes us human.
The only difference is that some women have darker more obvious hair than others.
The best thing to do is wax it to make it lighter over time.

to many male hormones in body..they need to adjust there hormones with birth control pills or something..this can corrected also get permanent hair removal!
