1. End religion such that philosophical differences can be discussed in the context of today's world, rather than the world as it was 2000+ years ago.
2. Educate people about the notable advances in science and how we popularly understand the universe currently.
3. Instill a value system of unconditional positive regard for others, despite their difference of race, gender, ethnicity, colour of skin, sexual orientation, marital status, or anything else that unfairly discriminates against people.

I'd give away free tube-ties. Other forms of birth control, too.
There are too many ppl on this planet.
I would put some windmills in Mexico, Africa and other such-like countries, and hook some of them up to wells, and some up to generators.
The ppl nearby could really benefit from the free water and electricity.
(They to would also be eligible for free tube-ties, of course. Actually I might make that a requirement).
Anyone who has never had a child might be allowed to have one or two, before getting their tubes-tied.
No one may have sex out of marriage without use of a condom, even if their tubes are tied. There will be no disease in my cities !
Those are the requirements, if they want to live in my city, of free water and electricity).
Wow, this is fun, that's all I can think up right now.

Sterilize 90% of the people on earth.
And, wait for the result to solve most of the world's current problems. Which would only take one or two generations.

Restore the earth to about 1000 BC. Like a computer reboot. Everything was so much simpler back then.

I'd make it a more tolerant place for all. And preserve the innocence of children but the destruction of all child molesters. Of course its only a fantasy since it would take a god to do that.

End racism and bless everyone with money so they can survive and establish their self world wide ending poverty! And get rid of diseases so we can all reproduce with out the hassle of knowing that there might be a chance that our kids won't be born poor or with any diseases.

Eradicate all evil - in the forms of religions. Simply make it illegal to practice a beleif system. Nothing would be absolute unless proven so. Period.

I would remove religious ideas from the minds of everyone on the planet so we can get on with what we are supposed to be doing... making ourselves better (the meaning of life)

Remove all drugs (including tobacco and alcohol) and weapons, that would reduce crime significantly around the word and make it a nicer place to live.
