Last year I had major intestinal surgery where I suffered intense pain, lost lots of blood and had many complications. Of the many nights I lay awake in agony and pain, wondering how I was going to come out of this and still be able to provide for my family, I distinctly remember one night where my feelings of pain and despair where at their peak, to the point where I didn't think I could handle it any longer. Suddenly out of nowhere, I had an overwhelming feeling of peace come over me for no reason at all. It felt as if something had lifted a heavy load from me and I had a compelling feeling that everything was going to be alright and that I just needed to endure what I was going through and trust God.
My pain didn't go away, but my mental anguish did and all in the blink of an eye. It was quite miraculous.
I know my story isn't as dramatic as the sky bursting open and God skirting down a beam of light, but for the time in my life, it was a very significant experience.

I have had many direct revelations from the Holy Ghost. Some were direct answers to my prayers. Some came without my asking.
I had one dream of the Savior, He wasn't happy with me, and an angel then took me aside to talk to me, but I woke up before the message was delivered. That was disturbing.
One time I had a vision showing the answer to the question I was asking in my prayer. It was like a movie being played in my mind. I knew exactly what had happened and how to solve it. The next morning I made a couple of phone calls and confirmed the truth of my vision and solved the problem.
Most of my communications from God come in the form of feeling good, calm, comfortable about some situation or question that is bothering me.
For instance, if I am considering a certain course of action and I pray to know what is right, then I feel an uncomfortable, uneasy, confused state of mind telling me that my decision is wrong. If I feel a calm, comfortable, at peace state of mind, then I know that my decision is correct and I move forward with confidence as indicated.
Many times the answer, after feeling good about the situation, is then answered by the means of outside assistance. For instance, the car breaks down and you pray for help. You feel good about the situation and within minutes a car pulls up and gives the help you need. That has happened to us many times.
The spirit told me who to marry, where to live, what jobs to take, how to solve problems at work, etc. There is no question pertaining to our lives that is off limits to prayer. God will hear and aswer our sincere, humble, faithful prayer. By the power of the Holy Ghost you may know the truth of all things.
Seek and ye shall find.

The Holy Spirit is God. so as God He continuously replaced into. he's the Sanctifyer. he's the third human being of the Blessed Trinity. The Holy Spirit got here to the Apostles on Pentecost. This replaced into fifty days after the resurrection. See Acts financial ruin 2. He classes the Church. He conjures up us to do sturdy and stay away from evil. The Holy Spirit lives in each baptized human being highly after we are contained in the state of grace. He replaced into there in the course of the baptism of Jesus interior one of those a dove. On Pentecost He got here right down to the apostles interior one of those tongues of hearth.

I was in a situation where I was being held against my will. I started to panic. Just then God spoke to me to not resist them and to just do what they said and then he flooded me with a peace so real and so wonderful I cannot describe how safe I felt. I believe God speaks to people all the time but people are just not listening. In the bible, God spoke through people, and often through dreams. I believe if you ask God to speak to you when you read the bible he will open up it's meaning to you. And if you ask him to help you interpret your dreams he will give you insight into their meaning.

Actually, the Holy Spirit is telling me right now not to repond more than THIS...
' I marvel that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ to a different "good news"; and there isn't another "good news." Only there are some who trouble you, and want to pervert the Good News of Christ.'

They exist when they rae needed. they are always by your side. I feel I have many guardian angels by my side. I lost my baby and my mother and then my husband. when I ask one for guidance it seems that they are listening. I ask for guidance from Jesus to help me go in the right direction. I feel safe with them all around me.

No - God does not speak to people personally - He speaks through the Bible.

I could speak the words to indicate to a community of faithful believers that I am a believer in savior power. I could speak the words indicating that I am listening in prayer for guidance from the savior. If I heard something I thought was guidance from the savior then I would have to wonder whether I was hearing from the savior or hearing what I wanted to hear. I could speak the words indicating that I am looking for signs from the savior. If I saw something I thought was a sign to me from the savior then I would have to wonder whether I was seeing a sign from the savior or seeing what I wanted to see. I would have to wonder because I am the High Ideologue of the House of Ideology. I make up my mind about myself; about all I find. Under the above circumstances, I would be High Ideologue of the House of Ideology speaking words that indicate to a community of faithful believers that I am a believer without actually being a believer.
I would believe in the savior, if I could be introduced. This statement however might lead to an invitation from members of communities of faithful believers seeking to win my soul for the savior. Maybe members would invite me to enter a special building, attend a service, and participate in a special ritual led by an ideological authority. Maybe I would hear some music, hold hands with members, sing some songs and say some magic words. Maybe they would encourage me to ask in prayer for the savior to 'live in my heart'.
By writing that I would believe in the savior, if I could be introduced, I am not suggesting that I would like to be introduced to a special friend who 'lives in my heart'. If I am going to believe in the savior, then I would like to be introduced and meet this savior in person. I would like to see where he was mortally wounded and miraculously healed. I would like to hear him tell me his own story in his own words. I would like to know what this savior has been doing with himself since floating away on a cloud after his resurrection.
I find there is not one single individual who can come forward and say 'Here I am. Wonder of the ages. See how I have conquered death! Examine me and discover for yourselves how you may do as well!' without being laughed at as a comedian! There is not a single such comedian who can furnish a world hungry for such good news about immortality and eternal youth with truth and knowledge based on scientifically reproducible discovery to backup their claims. All that exists are promises dangled cruelly before the diseased and dying masses by predators preying on the weak of body and mind for their own personal enrichment.
Investigative reporters of the free press have exposed many religious figures claiming to have such abilities as charlatans. A charlatan is someone who claims to possess knowledge or skill that he or she does not have. Cults of charlatanism seem to prey upon the sick and dying in every community formed by the many of our global culture. Ideological authorities leading cults of charlatanism have been discovered to cruelly dangle false demonstrations of miracles before diseased and dying communities of faithful believers for their own personal enrichment, and conveniently explain away the failure to produce results as a failure of faith on the part of members of diseased and dying communities of faithful believers.
