Okay, so i have been in a similar situation, fortunatly you were smarter than i were and have let go. I held on until i had so much hate and anger built up inside of me towards him that i couldn't stand to look at him anymore. You should just ignore him....just give you and him time to breathe without contact with one another. Give yourself time to move on. What if you meet another man? That person won't like him always up in your buisness...just let it go for a while. As much as it will hurt him and probably you too, just ignore all of his contact attempts. Dont answer the phone. Don't even listen to his voice mails...delete them. Try it for a few days...it will get easier and easier. Just give it a try.

You must be very firm to tell him . If u have another boyfriend now it will be a good assurance that this is the end. However I am not suggesting u get a boyfriend in a hurry to deal with him.Caring for a person is not the same as boyfriend relationship that he must understand. If he has parents that u can contact seek help from them otherwise hang up your phone.

if you have caller ID, don't answer the phone, or change your phone #. if an email pops up in your box, delete it. if he sends something in the mail, write "return to sender" on the front and the post office will send it back (at no charge to you). if he tries to see you in person, walk away and/or say "please leave." if he won't go away, find someone in authority to tell him to (e.g. if you're in the mall, find a security guard. if you're at work, ask your supervisor.)
if you eliminate any and all communications, you don't have to be mean or think of something else to say. he should get the picture. if he doesn't, document it all and get a restraining order.

.let him no it is over by not calling ,answering your calls and not seeing him .... Lady he is not your problem addicts drag others into there crazy and you can't go with him it will only destroy your world in the end let God take him pray and walkaway. not your tragedy you can't let his sinking ship keep you from the sanity that lies beyond your life with him. Good luck an dget on with it change your house number if you need to but cut it off.......

tell him you've moved on and he should too cause it's only hurting him more.perhaps you should find someone new if you haven't already. show him it's over by moving on in a way he can understand.
