ok HOODIA.... i went and bough some last night and it is the blue and black bottle its 800mg and its capsules. It says form south aferica on it........ is this the right one.... please help i dont want to use it if its not right!!!

I bought one at Costco, it brown and yellow 150 tablets. It work for
me. Follow instruction and drink a lot of water, it gonna make you full and no side effect at all. Hood came from south Africa, I study on line before I bought it. It should no side effect at all if it made from real Hood Gordon plant. People from south Africa who learned to eat this plant to reduce hunger sensations.

No OTC weightloss gimmick or pill is the "right one". The right way to lose weight is to eat properly and exercise. Anything else is a waste of time and money, and possibly damaging to your health.

probably the right one. I tried it and it really upset my stomach so go slow.
