Natural by a long shot, my wife has very small boobs but they are shaped good and she is hot. Her sister who looks a lot like her has implants, they look like a couple of softballs shoved under her skin, not hot

Natural.......Medium size. A C-size is perfect for me....though there are an awful lot of gorgeous sets of D's that are quite appealing haha.
