I think the only sure test is amniocentesis. If you're worried, have your doctor perform one.

Yes the test are very accurate especially if the child is still in the womb. But there is always a chance of a mistaken reading!

90-95%, depending on the lab. One of the more specific and sensitive medical tests available.
