No it wouldn't be enough, geez that sucks that you only get to train once a week, I'd prob'ly look for another school to try and get at least 2 days a week or three if at all possible.
I gotta say, I'm sorry for the other entries I've added over the past couple of days should be taken back.
man do I feel like an idiot. I hope you'll accept my apology.
but you do need more time in class. the time you spend in training is just as important of the quality. so you may want to look for another school.
hope you find one bro, and one that'll teach you well.

It would make next to no difference in your conditioning to miss 2 days over a 2 week period when your run normally run 12 times in those 2 weeks.

Eh... why are you serious about tkd? Do you want to competition in form and look all flashy? Or do you want to fight?
If you want to be a fighter, take up Muay Thia, they're king of kick and absolutely NO other martial arts would argue against that.
If you want to be all flashy then I don't know what to say because that isn't gonna to help you fight better.

No, you should train at least 3 times a week to progress. If your instructor only trians once a week, something isnt right.

It is enough once a week for TKD training(1~2hour)
at lesson, all you really need is get actions and skills in your mind.
Learning every martial arts have to practice,
Skill comes from practice.
half or one hour a day for instance.
Normolly, people learn martial arts should practice everyday ,
of course ,it depend on your physical strength.
In my case,My major is chinese martial arts and I practice martial arts eight hours a day..

I would say a minimum of two days a week if those session last more than an hour. Three days a week would be ideal.
I only trained two days a week, but it was two hours of class (two one hour classes), one hour of conditioning drills and one hour of sparring practice
