annoyed with crush?

I have to confess that i did some alteration to my face and got a neck lip and chin implant. When i returned back to school, my crush was looking at me very curiously and wondering why I look so different? I personally think I look much better after the surgery and my family and friends seem to think so too. However, the expression from my crush's face seemed very odd b/c she had an expressionless look on her face. I was annoyed at her for looking at me and it showed on my face. My crush knows that i like her but I don't see why she likes to stare at me, if she has no romantic feelings for me. I mean she flirts with me for fun but that's bout it. She hasn't really made an attempt to talk to me or even show me a genuine smile...if she does smile its only b/c i was talking to someone else and she wanted to get my attention (for what reasons, i don't know) I'm getting annoyed with her starring...what should i do? And why does she continue to stare at me???
