I like them both the same i would be happy with either but i want to know which one is the better car. Oh and if i buy a nissan maxima i get 5000 dollars for the down payment if i buy the lexus IS250 i get only 3000 dollars for the down payment. So let me know wat you think. THANKS

nissan's hold their value, and will last forever. I dont see too many lexus' from the early 90's on the road.. but nissans are everywhere.

plus the money would be a big factor for me.

Hi, I think you should go with the Maxima because you can pay this car off a lot quicker than the IS250.

I'm still driving my 1985 Nissan Maxima and have never had any serious trouble with it for the 250,000+ miles it has on the odometer.

2007 maxima
i like the style better
and nissan is a good car
get a dodge charger thats what i have and i love it lol

Go for the Maxima if it is Japanese assembled,
no local production.

get the IS, we have an IS300 and couldn't be happier with the build quality, performance, comfort and a company that stands behind their product.
