If you cannot find them anymore, use regular beef and/or chicken stock cubes and add one or two drops of "liquid smoke".
You'll like the result.

Knorr Ham Stock Cubes

hi, I don't know that I have heard of Knorr ham stock cubes (though I do the brand Knorr) but I do know that Penzeys carries a great ham soup base and seasoning. It is good quality and not too expensive. Since they don't have any stores in Canada, you can order from their website. www.penzeys.com I think the bases are around $6-8 a jar. I use them and they are good quality, like I said above. Ask for them to send you a catalog. They have great stuff there!

The only time I have ever seen ham stock is from L.B. Jameson's. They have several powdered bullion and soup stock starters. I don't have a web address for them, but you could check on any of the their products for it. Good Luck!
