there is not any 300 and sixty 5 days 0CE, the calendar is going from 1BCE to 1CE without 0CE. it is the reason there became into plenty argument as to while the hot millennium began. As there is not any 0CE the hot millennium began on a million/a million/2001 no longer a million/a million/2000 yet all human beings skipped over that and celebrated it a 300 and sixty 5 days early. as a techniques because of the fact the actually 300 and sixty 5 days of Christ's delivery is worried, Dionysius Exiguus, who created the popular calendar in approximately 550CE, have been given it incorrect. it is in simple terms too previous due now to surprising it and there is not any would desire to do it.

Two reasons.
One, Christ would not have allowed such deception. If they had tried, He would have silenced them and simply admitted that He was the one they were looking for, as He did anyway.
Second, the disciples were all afraid. They lacked the courage to stand up to the soldiers. Peter was the only one tried by slicing off the ear of the guard's servant. Christ quickly told him to put away the sword and healed the severed ear. Peter then followed to the place of the mock trial and promptly denied being one of the disciples. After the resurrection and receiving the Holy Ghost, the apostles finally gained the Godly courage to preach and face the persecution that Christ knew would come to them.

No liar will inherit the Kingdom of God - something they knew so well. Jesus had a mission to fulfill and had his disciples tried to prevent it (one of them did by the way) Jesus would have stopped them and faced the music alone - just exactly as he did.

If Jesus had so desired he could have done one of two things; (1) raise an army -or- (2) called down ten thousand angels and destroy the whole world.

If he had called down the angels to destroy everyone and everything - you wouldnt be here. Had he not went to the Cross, salvation would not be available to anyone but Jews. As it is, we all have redemption through Jesus sacrifice but we have to accept this salvation by the rules, not our own (see ACTS 2:38)

simply because they were informed by Jesus, that He would be betrayed. therefore, even though they did not know what was up, they did know that it was part of His plan.

also, we only see what is published of the written account of Jesus' life. what we dont know is what went on "behind the scenes" so to speak.

it may be that Jesus told those disciples that were with Him at the time, that they were not to interfere with the process.

remember, Jesus stopped one of the disciples from killing the arresting guards, after he brandished a weapon and cut the ear of one of the guards.

Why don't you read the story? If you have learned to read, of course, because you might be a total illiterate. It says that Judas Iscariot identified Jesus by kissing him. Don't bother wasting our time by asking any more dumb questions.

Because that would be a lit and Christians are not supposed to lie. Jesus came to earth to live as an example and die for our sins.

If you look at the story, Jesus' whole purpose in life was to die on that cross. Why try to prolong the inevitable?

The disciples were looking for the TRUTH and found it in Jesus. If they found the TRUTH, WHY WOULD THEY LIE SAYING THEY WERE JESUS??

That would be foolish and very out of place.

That would have prevented Jesus from completing His mission to free us from the law and sin. I don't think any of us would be very happy about that.
