I say find out what his favorite things to do are and get his soemthing that goes along with that- like if he is interested in sports- get him a pair of tickets, if he likes fishing, get him a new pole and some tackle.
The tried and true gift that works for everyone though is just a gift certificate to the mall. You can go to the service counter and get a gift certificate that he can use at any store of his choice- and then you dont have to think about what to get him!

Anything that you want...trust me-your fiance will not care what the gift is. Try to keep his interests in mind. What about a nice framed picture of the two of you for his office (if he has one)?
