I'm not sure if overweight people can "kickbox" so to speak. But last week I witnessed a short pudgy girl kick the crap out of a Quarter Pounder with Cheese after she dropped it in a puddle. Boy was she mad!! I had to cross the street to avoid her (I was carrying a large pepperoni pizza and was afraid for my life).

once you start exercising (kick boxing) you will put on muscle so it's better if you lose some weight first so you won't build muscle on top of fat. So do plain exercises, a lot of walking, cutting meals to 1/2 ot a simple sandwich per day and take the vitamins and minerals pill daily to build your energy. Drink "only" water (about 1 pint a day until you exercise heavily). Your weight may be caused from junk food, soft drinks, fruit juices, a lot of water, salt and sugar that holds the weight on you, and large portions of meals.

Don't start any club until you've done the kick boxing yourself at your gym and trimmed down. Nobody wants to join any exercise related business or club if the owner is large and isn't showing that that exercise really works..ok? Anyway, forget forming the group, and just attend one.

Sure fat people can kickbox, how do you think they get in shape?
