how to become frank i really hesitate in talking with girls!!!!!!!

Gurls can be very emphatic and nice. There's really no reason to get scared.
Its a good start to talk to your girl relatives. Your mom, your cousin or your sister.

Girls love confidence (but not over-confidence). My advice would be to 'fake it 'til ya make it'...meaning that you should work on projecting a healthy self-confidence when you feel the exact opposite. The more you practice, the easier it will become and you will truly possess the confidence you need. Some rejection should be expected and it's okay...I shot my husband down a couple times and now we've been together 14 years! Just don't get cocky!!!!

One way to get started is simply to just start talking to strangers. There are plenty of excuses. Pretend you are lost and ask women (not just attractive women, any women) for directions. Ask waitresses about something on the menu. Ask women for the time. This will help you get used to the fact that not all women are out there to bite your head off. It will help you see approaching women isn't so scary. If you're feeling brave, you could make a simple comment like "I like your hat." or "That's a cool watch." smile, thank them and walk away.

Think what your going to say before really doing it and picture yourself doing it, but put yourself not as a third person, but like you re doing it. Imagine her face and her expression. take a deep breath before doing it and think this: You re giving her attention. You re doing her a favor.

just be convident in yourself.accept yourself first, may be you don't really see yourself as good enough a person to hang out with,you really have to believe in yourself. take them as your fellow human being, see your female relatives like your sister, mother,etc in them, by so doing, you'll find it easier talking to them.

imagine them naked.......no probably not a good idea ...... just be yuorself have confidence, worse case scenerio they dont talk back its not the end of the world .....good luck
