OATMEAL - CHOCOLATE CHUNK - RAISIN soft - hard ??

Qatmeal - Chocolate Chunk - Rasin, preferably soft but not too soft, warmed in the microwave or fresh from the oven, with a little dallop of smooth creamy peanut buttter spread evenly.
Two or Three with a nice tall glass of cold milk, is a most excellent snack.
remember a little dallop of peanut butter, to acentuate the flavors of the whole cookie - not over power it.

It's a toss up between soft oatmeal-raisin cookies & mincemeat cookies. But since we only have the second kind at Thanksgiving & Christmas, I'll have to say they're my favoried holiday cookies. For every other day, it's be oatmeal/raisin.

I can't remember the name. My grandma makes these cookies with everything. They are like peanut butter oatmeal cookies with nuts, raisins, chocolate chips and coconut. We always eat them gooey and soft right out of the oven. Delicious!
