Before they ate of the tree Of the knowledge good and evil, they didn't know what naked was. The sin was in hiding from God and disobeying God. Naked since then has been a Metaphor for sin

Not at all. Adam an Eve were ashamed because they sinned against God by eating the fruit of the forbidden tree, not because they were naked.
Nudity is absolutely sinless unless it is used for sinful or harmful purposes.
Nudity in appropriate places, such as a beach, pool, etc. is absolutely great. It isn't always sexual, but it's anways sensual.

Not in that context it wasn't.
In order for the answer to be yes, shame would have to result from sin. Look around and identify the nearest sinner -- is he or she ashamed? Probably not.
What caused Adam and Eve's shame was their nudity, not their sin.
Peace.

We all have sin and come short of the glory of God, you have the choice to make any decision in life, look at it this way, there is right and wrong, good and evil, light and dark, Are you getting the pattern, So yes Adam and Eve eyes became open, but Adam the man was given specific instructions, not to eat of the frobidden tree and because of evil the devil tricked eve and adam was persuaded. Don't be persuaded because you see other do walk in nakedness it's all vanity... /playbyear says check out this site: sirwallacewelch.com tell me what you think of it and write back. no. being ashamed of your nudity is a human emotion caused by our knowledge of sin. if it were a sin Adam and Eve would have been created with Fruit-of-the-Looms and Victoria Secret;)

No, it doesn't say anywhere in the bible that nudity is a sin. But, being nude can cause some people to sin. For example, if I was nude at a nude beach surrounded by nude men, I think a sin or two would be inevitable at some point. LOL But, since I'm an atheist, it's all good.

Reread the Genesis account. When awareness of Good and Evil kicked in (results of eating the forbidden fruit) they knew they were naked and tried to hide themselves. It became a sin to strut around naked in front of others - evident in that they tried hiding from God when he came through the garden.
As husband and wife, they had no shame in being naked with each other - but when someone else was present, they were. Its very simple and straight foreword.

Nudity is not a sin. It can be a little distracting at times, and in many cases illegal, but not a sin.
