Chicken stock is richer, is generally not entirely clear and has more chicken fat. Chicken broth is a clear liquid since it's been strained and it's very low fat and less tasty. It's harder to find canned chicken stock, but if you search in a good grocery store, you'll find it.

broth is a lot healther than stock. stock is full of fat. broth still keeps the fat but watered down.

chicken stock pretty much has to be home made, but basically the same thing.
