With Windows 98, often the files you need are already on your hard drive. The program just is not smart enough to know it.
Most installs will give you a place you can tell it where to look for the file. It will also tell you the name of the file it needs. Do a search of your hard drive and if the file is already on the drive, point the install to the location of the file. Then you will not need the CD.
Does not work for all installs, but worth trying...

There may be another way to install it.As a previous answerer stated it is on your hard drive somewhere.Try to look for it.A side note:Have you ever coinsidered upgrading to Windows XP?Good luck.

You can download one for free off of Peer-2-Peer file sharing programs...just be careful and make sure you scan the file for viruses before opening it. I suggest eMule.
