My bra comes off first cause the foreplay starts at the top then he'll work his way downtown to the panties. Then he will use his teeth to remove the panties , then he will beable to enjoy his dessert.

If my husband is taking control it is panties, he likes to go there first. If I am in control it is bra, I like to slow it down and enjoy it.
