it may take a while but if you dont want to go to a gym then stretch every single day. it will not only increase your flexibilty but it will also give strength to your legs, which will slowly build muscle and give you a sleek swimmers kind of muscle. and if thats too slow, add just a slight weight. walk instead of taking the car. eat a banna instead banna nut ice cream. cut your portions. and excerise regularly even if its just for 15 minutes and youre just taking a stroll down the block. its all about regularity!

Running, jogging, and walking works for cardio. Sit ups, push ups, crunches, leg lifts, and chin ups will increase your strength. Another cheap way to work out is jump rope. Jumping jacks also work. Do each exercise til complete failure and after a couple of weeks you will see results.

woke up early morning drink water don't take bed tea that is bed. after some time do some yoga by sitting for 1/2 hr/1hr. u will be fit every day

walk at least one mile a day staring out , get uo to 3 miles a day, you'll notice the difference in a very short time
