Crisps,chocolate,sweets and anything I can eat...
You have to be really careful!! I have been stressed many times,especially when I lost a loved one, I ate for comfort..and I put on a stone...people didn't recognise me! But now I am back into shape...xx What do you eat for comfort?

I go through phases and at the moment it is ginger cake and lurpack. My Grandad used to make us Scotch pancakes so they are a huge favourite. I am also addicted to vineger and crisps so if I am really down I will get a bowl of crisps, add some pickled onion vinegar and make VINEGAR MUSH, which everyone else in the world except me thinks is discusting. You also cant go wrong with chip butties or beans on toast. You can tell I am unhealthy can't you?

1 For health

2 for Spiritual

3 for pleasure.

No I eat to live

not like Westerners they live to eat. Obesity here I come.

when u are stessed most of the time people just dont know what to to calm them down. So most of the time people turn to food,which wont stress them, and makes them feel better.

sugar free gum, butterless popcorn. i make mine with a small amount of veg oil. or just go for a long walk. read tips on healthier eating that might help you more on this site
