call her and say : "I'm sorry, i have ur telephone number but there isn't a name here. can u tell me who am i talking to?..."
and then b nice and polite. ask her if she wants to meet with u in the next day and that's it!

Here's the answer. It really depends on how you got her number. If you got her number directly from her then call her and just say Hey. If you got it through some other means, then don't call her. Instead, find out where she hangs out, who she hangs out with, etc. even before you talk to her. If you have similar interests or mutual friends, you'll meet up again soon and get her phone number directly. Then read my first advice. Call and just asy Hey.

Dial the phone, ask for her, say hello and ask talk to her about casual stuff, school, the lastest movies, her likes, dislikes etc

call her. talk about you want her to know about you. Say anything! you may think some of things you say are stupid but she might just think youre a funny person who knows how to have fun. it can lighten things up and you can talk for hours about anything
