Try an aromatherapy massage session, as you relax into the scent and massage, it will heal not only the physical pain but also the root cause of the pain ( which sometimes it could be caused by emotional and spiritual problems )

My dad used to have horrible back pain until a dr. gave him some simple exercises to do daily to strengthen his back muscles. It really helped. If it's really bad and lasts more than a day or so, you should definitely see a doctor.

i would advoise a homeopathic oil called arnica oil,its made in germany just apply it on the affectewd area.it really does miracles.Also get ur calcium checked and do get an X ray done sometimes without realizin it u happen to hav slipped ur disc!!
