I would get one of those necklaces that have a pendant divided in half with one half on a chain for her and the other half on a chain for you. They're usually heart shaped and have a little saying on them.
Or how about a charm bracelet- pick out all the charms yourself and have a special reason for each one that relates to the two of you. You can add to this for Sweetest Day and Valentines Day.
Or you could cook her a candle light dinner with all her favorite foods. Oh- you should be naked too. LOL!

What does she like the most? Does she have anything that she collects? Taking her out to dinner and giving her a gift would be good. Jewelry is good. You might want to consider a charm bracelet with a graduation charm on it. The good thing about charm bracelets is that you can continue to give her charms to add to it for other occasions.

well, you could give her half- bracelets or necklaces.
like: moon and sun. sun to you and moon to her.
bracelet with your name on hers and her name on your bracelet
well the other day, i was daydreaming abt the engagement rings i dream abt: the date of the engagement (in ur case the graduation)... and the word "star" on his ring (bcz that's how i love calling him) and "angel" on my ring (bcz that's how he calls me) .... you can do the same... with the nicknames you use for each other like "kitten, baby, darling, ... etc
