Different. Atheists don't have tax exempt status, lol.

As far as joining it, I haven't read it all yet, but Sacred Principle #18 has me intrigued. Might have to look into it further! =)

Reading that website, it sounds like the church of progressive liberal political beliefs... It's like a political party that hides behind the guise of a church. It preaches no single spiritual belief as spirit is something that can't be seen or manifested in a test tube. Therefore; how can it be a religion?

It appears that the realist religion is basically the same thing as atheism. I can't tell you what to do. You have to make that decision yourself.

Technically, we're _all_ members of the Church of Reality, right from the moment of birth. It's only the religious folk who are unaware of this.
