Get yourself some lube, hon. I prefer a natural vegetable-based oil like almond or olive. Also, if it's hurting make him stop and try something to help you relax. Your previous experiences with your buffoon for a coc*ksman is making you tense and timid. Get him to slow down, get yourself relaxed and greeeeeeasy, and everything 'll go in and out a lot nicer.
