If you meet a girl at church you are more likely to share the same moral, religious and ethical outlook on life which will make the prospect of having a lasting relationship more likely...

When a couple doesn't share the same basic outlook there are greater chances of arguement and tension leading to a short term relationship rather than a long term one..

I know what you mean. A lot of those other places don't typically yield themselves well to engaging in conversation, as people tend to be busy or shy when getting gas or groceries. But not me... if I see a girl I'm attracted to even in a situation like that I'm gonna go talk with her! No regrets man.

And church *is* a great place to meet a woman because not only will she hopefully be a good loving woman who will support you, but you will grow together in the SAME church... much less problems that way!

Because alot of people ASSUME the girl u meet in church is a good girl! Well let me tell you- the church is FULL of hypocrites and all ther girls are NOT good girls! Im with you- meet one at the mall- the grocery store- walmart- the gas station! It does NOT have to be church! When love finds you it will bite u in the butt and its not gonna care where u r at!!!!!!~

People have been telling me to meet a guy at church too. The last time I stepped in a church was when I got married. That didn't work out too well.
If you want a church girl go to church. If you don't want a church girl go elsewhere. But remember sometimes the church girls aren't all that wholesome! They're just there to meet guys because someone told them to go there.

Generally the people that you will meet in Church are decent people, or are at least trying to do better in life. I don't go to Church to look for men, but if there's a new one you can be sure I've noticed him, LOL!!! Also, when you've prayed a few times you become a more peaceful, calm, kind, loving person, at least I am (for a little while!!). So, if that's the kind of gal you're looking for, check out Church. What you got to lose?? Those of us in Church ARE'NT perfect, but we are trying.

Because most people think that woman that go to church are sweet and Innocent. But that is not the truth for all of them. The best place to find a girl and have a good time is an all girl school.

They think you will find a woman with right values.

I think being single is about having fun and exploring new things.

People from different backgrounds can be really interesting and exciting.

I think meeting people at work, travelling, health club, bars etc is the way to go. If you are friendly and go out of your way to talk to people you can have so much fun! And you are more likely to find a girl friend that turns you on.... then focusing on just Church

They say that because they think in church you will meet a nice girl...have they thought maybe those girls are there because they could use all the prayers they can get? They say it to me too...don't worry you'll meet someone when you least expect it, and I'm sure it won't be in church.

theyre probably assuming that you always go to the places you enumerated, and so far you haven't been successful. so, they think that by recommending the church, they are giving you a new option.
