Whatever you do... whatever you want. NEVER ask for a Gibson girl! I pulled about 200 heavily hair sprayed bobby pins out of my hair after my reception... Nice way to spend your honeymoon huh?
Ask for a chinoi (forgive the spelling it sounds like sheen wa.) or a french twist. They are better.
