Does your telly have RGB sockets (ok think they're not actually called that, but I don't know what they are called)? They're red white and yellow and in a row if you do have them. I'm fairly sure you can buy scart to RGB (or whatever it is) leads. Have a look in any electrical store (or online ones).

The other option, as people have pointed out, is to use a VCR. VCRs send their signal to the telly through the aerial socket. If you have a decent VCR, it'll have a SCART socket on it. So if you plug whatever otehr device you're trying to use into the scart socket on your VCR, and put the VCR channel to AV (which stands for audio visual) then it'll work. I don't know if you can get DVD players which send their signal by aerial: have a look!

Yeah, there's a great conversion kit. It goes like this: get off @ss/go to tv shop/shell out money for up to date equipment with scart socket/problem solved.

Radio Shack used to sell the conversion. The TV I have is an old consoole model and works better than the new ones.

Wow you must love that old TV. Haven't you noticed how prices have gone down and quality has improved?! So get a new one. There will come a time when only digital signals are transmitted and you will need one then anyway

Yes, or try linking something through the scart socket on your vcr. That is what I do!

The only conversion kit is your wallet to buy a new tv, a more modern one.

yep, its called a video recorder !!! :)

Use an VHS video recorder which has a tuner in it (which they all do generally) and tune it to the tv aerial station, they the scart can be used through that method.
