When she asks you to, and only after you've learned what is safe and fun for her.
If you are talking about slapping her around for "discipline," "punishment" or "correction," then it's only okay if you don't mind having her or her family blow your head off with a .45.
I doubt very seriously (due to the wording) that you are asking about mutually agreed upon sadomasochistic activities, so, in your case, the answer is NEVER.
But if you choose to do it anyway, then I look forward to you meeting those guys in prison who believe it is perfectly acceptable to beat, rape, slap, knock the teeth out of and otherwise "correct" others.

It is NEVER OK for a guy to slap a woman around. If you do, then she better have the audacity to break your f*cking neck! You need to grow up and realize you are a MAN, not a little boy, and you need to act like it and show respect for your woman.

Maybe in the very highly unlikely case of self defense, though most women don't go around trying to beat up guys.
