Petsmart also offers the Canine Good Citizens Test (usually a prerequisite) once the pet has completed a certain level of training for good manners. If you are looking to recieve animal assisted therapy once again check with your local humane organization. Many humane societies (my county for example) has a list of participating groups.

Check with the Delta Society. They certify dogs and other animals. Also, check with your local hospital to see if they have a program you can join.
