I believe animals have souls. Look in the eyes of your pet, it reveals much.
At my home the dogs are in charge. I wish they would get jobs and help pay a few bills.

Although animals respond favorably to human training, I think that they have instincts that are set....Example, I don't think that a dog can give up certain instincts like food protection and jealousy of other animals. Even though they can be worked with, and you may see an improvement, I think that there is always the potential for them to return to those behaviors.
Unlike humans who have a soul which gives us the ability to look in the mirror and self-evaluate and chose to give up animal-type behaviors that are not to our benefit and keep those behaviors in check.

You don't want me to tell you what the Bible says???
If it wasn't for the Bible, nobody would even know about the soul!
That's the book that brought the word to our attention.
And it says that we don't HAVE a soul, we ARE a soul ....just like animals ARE souls, or living creatures.

Animals have the life force in them so if you want to call it a soul, yes they do have one.

My dog was "king" until the day, I had to give him up:((I was conned by another family member, that it would be easier to get an appartment, if I did, and I listened)

Who eats steak for dinner and who eats dry food? As for souls I can't tell you. I hope they do. I love mine. Let's face it there is one things we humans can do that dogs can't, sin and offend God.
