Continue to be the person you have been to him, and am sure he'll appreciate! If he is still with you it means he is happy with you the way you are. So if is isnt asking for anything else, then just keep it on like this!
Be happy

Wait for a year. Six months is hardly a permanent relationship so it would be better to wait to see if you can last a year together. If you do, FANTASTIC, celebrate and buy each other something but don't go over the top - leave that until you're married and then you can enjoy proper anniversaries.

I would wait for the year anniversary if I were you. However, I didn't start buying anniversary gifts until I was actually married.

Get him something with personal meaning behind it. Don't spend a lot of money because then he will feel guilty about not getting anything for you. If you have a memento from your first date that you kept or something along those lines to give him that would be great!

human beings have fun 6 month anniversaries??? I purely have fun each year ones. i do no longer think of it makes a lot of expertise to invite a team of random human beings what to get your bf, once you are going to get him a contemporary it is going to be some thing meaning some thing to him, and seeing as you be attentive to him terrific, you could attempt and think of of a few thing that he'd fairly get exhilaration from no longer purely a random common present thought...

No physical gifts. We hate anniverseries and if you get me something I have to get you something.
I agree with Ron C --- attack him in the bedroom -- to show how much he means to you. Then at the end when he says "what brought that on" tell him that its been 6 months and you really appreciate him.

I would wait - you could perhaps cook him a nice dinner a day before or after? Of breakfast in bed on the Sunday?
