Go to www.jeepbrokers.com They have classifieds for Jeeps of all kinds. I have seen a couple with plows there for sale in the past. If you don't see any there, try www.collinsbros.com. They are specialty Jeep dealer in Colorado I think.

ya its going to be pretty tough finding a jeep with a snow plow not everyone needs a plow on their jeep. so the best is to find the jeep and then get the plow accesorie. good luck.
