I can say I do . I live in a neighbourhood that is a year old . A couple moved in a few months ago . Their are some people who have fences and other who dont as yet ( hopefully will have one very soon ) the next day they moved in they build a fence .By the way they are neighbours who are three houses away .I have caught the woman twice in my back yard with her scissor cutting my flowers ! I came out to and started directly at her and she just huffed away like its her perog to come on my property and do whatever she wants . She has hers all fenced so you can not go and cut her flowers . I consider this inconsiderate . Any one else with an irritating neighbour ?

I have lived in my home for 3 years now. Every so often my neighbors get drunk. I have no problem with drunk people except that when they get drunk they start to fight and it is always about the same thing. They arent marred- but have been engaged for like 5 years i think. The woman has a daughter who is dating an African American Male. This apparently doesnt sit well with either one of them because when they get drunk all they do is sling the N word around like it is ok. Then they bother my company if they park too close to the property line. I once had to go outside and fuss at the guy because he was yelling at my little sister and her bf. (who is black by the way) he never gets angry at anyone else, not even the college kids who live across the street.

Then the next morning they wake up and act like nothing ever happened. I think they are ridiculous!

Oh yeah- by the way- your neighbor has no right to be in your yard cutting your flowers. How would she like it if you came over in the evening, walked in her house, sat down at the dinner table and helped yorself to dinner? that wouldnt be nice. Maybe she should get that!

Oh yeah but my problem has been on a different scale but it is the same. It comes down to this, some people are axxholes and they want what they want and don't care about anything else, some of it is greed, sometimes they want to use you, they think only of themselves and not if you have taken care of those flowers, watering them each day. Build a big fence and warn them you'll call the police if you see them on your property again or better yet call the police and have them go over and talk to the new neighbor axxholes.

Yeah. I have real jerks for neighbours. They have a house full of animals including 3 dogs. They also do doggy sitting. What this translates to is a lot of dog SXXT. The dog run is between our two houses right beside our side doors. When I walk out my side door I'm almost knocked out by the smell. I have politely, bluntly and very rudely asked them to clean up their dog mess which they do every time I ask. Then they leave it again until the next time I get ticked off. I'm getting ready to call the health department on them.
Good fences make good neighbours.

Id have to call the police on THAT woman, shes nuts, Id have to say thats trespassing if its your back yard. I also have a bad neighbor. They moved in next door like 2 yrs after we moved in. They let their kids run all over my front yard, pull my flowers and they dont take care of their property at all, so it makes mine look bad. They also let their kids hang all over the trees and pull on the limbs, it makes a mess and all the mess is on my side. Ive talked to the kids, but it doesnt make any difference. These ppl dont even say hello when we are all outside, so, Im not about to approach them, it may get worse.

I must say my neighbor's are great... They put up with my cats , even feed them. They look after my house and cats when I'm away.. they tolerate the fact that there is 2 cars in our house hold but parking is limited.. we just ask each other if they would mind.. !! ever thing is good... Unfortunately one of them is moving.. ( to a flat .They cant manage the stairs ) and I'm really sorry to see them go and i dread what I might get next door.. So fingers crossed.

I live on the 2nd floor of a 2-story apartment building. I have a couple of neighbors who seem to forget that other people live on the other side of their walls or ceiling and music or talking late at night is sometimes an issue....also occasionally pounding up the stairs to the 2nd floor and slamming doors...either of these things can be heard/felt throughout just about the entire 10 apartment building...

Many times people just don't think...other times they don't care...your scenario is tresspassing and theft though...plain and simple...you need to make it known (verbally) to your neighbor that such behavior is NOT acceptable and you'd rather not get the law involved, but if it continues you will feel pushed into doing so.

Good luck!

I have the same issue...new neighborhood and I still haven't put up my fence. But my neighbor (who hasn't put up his fence but only lacks the one side facing my property) feels free to use my back yard as an extension of his own to play ball with his son, to let his dog run around and sh*t in my yard, etc etc. I've asked him to keep his dog tied up but to no avail. In fact, he's asked me to make sure I keep my gate (on the wing fences) closed so that his dog cant run out. Yeah right! So I routinely leave it open (he sometimes comes and shuts it) and I've taken to scooping up the poop and leaving it on his doorstep. Stupid, inconsiderate jerk! So there's my rant...

Oh yes!!! When we moved into our apt. last fall I just had my daughter 3 weeks before. I was in my bathroom the first night getting ready to shower and I had forgotten to close the blinds. As I turned to close them, stark naked mind you, the creep with 1 arm was almost hanging out of his window looking in on me. I was so pissed that when I told my husband he went marching over there and told the jerk that if he does it again, he'll rip his other arm off and have to jerk off with his feet. This was a year ago and the guy won't even dare look at me. Oh & the annoying youngin's in the neighborhood riding their bikes down the street at 10pm screaming their heads off bugs me too.

That is extrememly inconsiderate and flat out wrong. She needs to plant her own damn flowers, she's trespassing. It doesn't matter if you have a fence or not. Get pictures or video and you can get her sited for trespassing.
