I always put on weight when weather gets cold. But what kind of nutrition would alternate carbohydrate like bread, rice and pasta, but still keeps me warm?

You have to lay off the soda. The carbonation expands your stomach cavity. Eat 3 meals a day and make it count with lots of Protein and Vitamins and minerals. Drink lots of water with your meal. This will help you occupy some space in your stomach. Do not drink water after you have finished eating. This will help push the food out of your tummy and you get hungry faster. Eat lots of fresh fruit this will make you feel full and it is healthy. Good Luck and read the labels in the back of the food. That will help you understand what are you putting in your mouth...

Get busy. Keep Ur mind off the food, and on to some interesting stuff. Stuff U like. Try not to get Your refrigerator stuffed with stuff that will get U fat. Try soups, teas and carrots. Make a shopping list and stick 2 it. Good luck!

try making healthy, low-fat soups and stews in the crockpot or on the stovetop. They will always keep you filled and you can throw in tons of veggies so you get your daily allotment in just a bowl of soup. Pair it with a whole wheat roll and you'll be warm and full!

You can still eat alot, just pick the right things. Lots of high fibre, whole wheat, lowfat. I love alot of soups in winter, as long as they are broth bases and not creamy. Lipton cup o soups are very low in calories.
