I do the same thing with my girl all the time. By her smiling or giving the littlest response that gives me the message she likes what she hears is enough for me to feel good. I bet he feels the same way when you smile at him. I think most guys rather have a more physical response than something said. Like when I whisper something sweet to my girl she pushes herself into me real close, and she might kiss me or hold me or just fall asleep; I like that better than her saying something. Sometimes its better when you two share feelings is when you say nothing at all; let your body language do the talking. Again I wouldn’t worry; if you smile or give some kind of response back I’m sure he gets the message.

The don't truly expect the same type of words in return. Give him plenty of satisfied noise and it will be reward enough for most men.

WOW you are lucky... Hopefully he's not saying these things just to get in your pants!! If he is truly as sweet as he sounds then i would just tell him whats in your heart... tell him you feel the same (that is if you do feel the same) Consider yourself a lucky one!! and tell him Thank you im sure it wouldn't hurt
