If you are in that much pain on a regular basis, you need to see a pain management doctor. They are usually the most liberal with the narcotics, but most will make you sign a contract that states that you will come in for random pill counts, random urinalysis, and give them the name of the pharmacy you use and that you will only use a single pharmacy. If you get picked for a urinalysis and you have any other drugs that what they prescribe you OR if you don't have a detectable level of what they prescribe you, you will be dismissed from the practice. My pain doctor prescribes me 60 Oxycontin and 100 Oxy IR a month. If you take them as prescribed there is a low risk of addiction, but you will probab;y become dependent on them for relief.

Over the internet but be careful of price gouging and fake drugs.

Try self meditation, or a counselor that does hypnosis.
Sometimes severe pain is psychological.
Also try acupuncture. That really helped my Dad, who is in constant pain all the time, thanks to a ruptured disk in his spine.
